When will I receive my tickets?

For major sporting events like this, tickets are issued by the event organiser very close to the match date — often just 24 to 48 hours before kickoff. This is completely normal and part of the standard delivery process.

How will I receive?

  2. Go to your Profile.
  3. In the Account Info section, confirm the email address listed — this is where your tickets will be sent.


You’ll use the UEFA app to:

  • Open your tickets
  • Use them at the venue
  • Share them with your guests (if needed)


Once your tickets are transferred...

You’ll receive an email from UEFA Mobile Tickets confirming the transfer. Can’t find it? Check your spam/junk folder just in case!


Follow these steps:

  1. Click the link in the email and log in with the same email address (you’ll set a password if needed).
  2. Download the UEFA Mobile Tickets app.
  3. Open the app, enter your email and tap Continue.
  4. You’ll receive a registration code by email — enter it in the app.
  5. Complete your profile —  Your tickets will appear in the app.


Important: QR codes will only become visible on match day.


On match day

  • Open the UEFA Mobile Tickets app and scan your ticket at the gate.
  • Ensure your phone is fully charged to avoid delays.
  • Printed or downloaded tickets will not be accepted.
