Did you purchase tickets for a match at Madison Square Garden? Here's a step-by-step guide to ensure you know how and when to receive them. 


When Will I Receive My Tickets?

Tickets for many sports events are often issued close to the event date, sometimes as late as 24 hours before the game. Rest assured, with our 100% guarantee, we ensure you will receive your tickets in time to enjoy the match.


How Will I Receive My Tickets?

There are two main ticket types available:


You can identify the type of ticket during checkout, in your confirmation email, or by checking under Profile > Orders > Current Tab in your StubHub International account.

Electronic (PDF) Tickets

You will receive these tickets in PDF format.


How to Access Your Tickets:

  1. Once the seller uploads the PDF to the transaction, you’ll receive an email notification confirming delivery.
  2. Log in to your StubHub International account.
  3. Navigate to Orders and select the Open tab.
  4. Find your transaction and click on Get Tickets to download them.


Important: Do not print these tickets. You will need to scan them directly from your mobile device for entry.


Mobile Transfer Tickets

These are digital tickets that must be transferred through the MSG Venue App or the Ticketmaster App (not the StubHub app).


How the Transfer Works:

The seller will use the following details to transfer your tickets: 

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address 


Ensure these details match the information in your StubHub International account: 

  1. Log in to your StubHub International account.
  2. Go to Profile and check the Account Info section for the seller-provided details. 


When Tickets Are Delivered:

  1. You will receive an email from the ticket provider confirming the transfer. If you don't see the email, check your SPAM or junk folder. 
  2. Click the link in the email and log in using the same email address where you received the transfer message. Create a password if prompted. 
  3. Download the MSG Venue App or the Ticketmaster App (Note: The US version of Ticketmaster App may not be available for download outside the US).
  4. Log in to the app with your email address and follow the on-screen instructions, including entering the registration code sent to your email. 
  5. Once completed, your tickets will be accessible in the app. 


On The Event Day:

  • Ensure your ticket is available on your smartphone via the MSG Venue App or Ticketmaster App. 
  • Make sure your phone is fully charged on the day of the event. 
  • Printed tickets won't be accepted. Open your app, select your ticket, and scan at the gate.
